Tracy Ellis-Fuller

Tracy Ellis-Fuller is an independent Equity Release and Later Life Lending Adviser based in Hastings, East Sussex, holding the CeMAP and CeRER qualifications and a Certified Member of the Equity Release Council. She began her equity release career in March 2018 with The Right Equity Release Limited, before moving to The Equity Release Experts in January 2020, where she built her practice over four years advising clients across the South East and nationally. In November 2023 Tracy joined RightHomes Equity Release Limited, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deeply personal approach to later life financial planning.

Tracy also has a background in estate planning, which gives her a broader perspective when working with clients and allows her to consider their wider financial picture alongside any equity release recommendation. This experience means Tracy is well placed to guide clients not just through the mechanics of a lifetime mortgage, but through the bigger questions around protecting assets, preserving family wealth, and planning for the long term.

Tracy takes a holistic view of her clients' needs and believes that helping clients achieve genuine financial freedom, whilst safeguarding what they wish to pass on to future generations, is a role that cannot be rushed. Her clients consistently benefit from that patience and care, and she is always happy for family members to join any appointment.

Outside of work, family is at the heart of everything Tracy does. She and her husband have four sons and three grandsons, and she cherishes every moment spent with them. Tracy also loves to travel and meet new people, and enjoys cooking, reading, and attempting various crafts with varying degrees of success.

Tracy is an active member of local Chambers of Commerce and is committed to supporting businesses in her local community wherever she can. She also welcomes the opportunity to work alongside other professionals who are not in a position to advise on equity release directly, and is always happy to explore how they can work together for the benefit of their shared clients.
