About Darren
Darren Cohen qualified as a whole of market, Equity Release lifetime mortgage specialist in 2008. Based in Bushey, Hertfordshire, he works with homeowners aged 55 and over across Hertfordshire, Greater London and beyond, providing tailored, unbiased advice based on each client's individual circumstances and financial goals.
Darren's approach is built on the belief that a Lifetime Mortgage should only ever be recommended when it is genuinely the right solution for the client. Before making any recommendation, he takes the time to explore all available options fully, ensuring that every client has a clear understanding of the alternatives and what is best suited to their situation.
Over the course of his career, Darren has arranged Lifetime Mortgages for a wide variety of needs, including home improvements, debt consolidation, repaying interest-only mortgages, inheritance tax planning and releasing funds for care costs. Outside of work, Darren enjoys spending time with his family, walking the dog, and coaching his son's football team.
