Andy Wright

Andy Wright is a co-founder and Director of RightHomes Equity Release Ltd, combining hands-on later life mortgage advice with the commercial and leadership expertise that helped build the firm from the ground up. Based in the West Midlands, Andy advises clients nationwide, with appointments available face to face, by video or by telephone.

Before co-founding RightHomes in 2023, Andy spent over a decade in senior commercial roles within the insurance software and services sector, where he built a strong track record in sales, implementation, operational leadership and strategic business development. He entered the equity release market as an adviser with The Right Equity Release Limited in 2019, before moving to The Equity Release Experts in late 2019, where he continued to develop his practice across a wide range of later life lending cases nationally.

Andy's approach is straightforward: every client deserves independent, impartial, whole-of-market advice, and a lifetime mortgage should only ever be recommended when it genuinely suits the client's circumstances. If it is not the right solution, Andy will say so clearly and, where possible, point the client towards an alternative route.

As both a Director and a practising adviser, Andy brings a unique perspective to the firm. He understands the business from the inside out — the regulatory framework, the products, the lender landscape — and uses that knowledge to ensure every client receives the highest standard of advice and service.
