Royston Holmes

Royston Holmes is a Lifetime Mortgage and Later Life Lending specialist based in Worcester, with a career spanning nearly three decades in senior commercial roles across the UK and internationally. Before entering the financial services sector, Royston built a highly successful career in national and EMEA-level business development, experience that instilled in him a genuine understanding of what matters to people: clear communication, trusted advice, and decisions made with confidence.

Royston entered the world of lifetime mortgages in 2019, joining The Right Equity Release Limited as a specialist adviser. In January 2020, he moved with the team to The Equity Release Experts, where he continued to build his expertise across a wide range of later life lending cases nationwide. In October 2023, Royston became a Director of RightHomes Equity Release Limited, bringing his considerable experience to help shape the direction of the firm and its client service offering.

Outside of work, Royston is a passionate motorcyclist who loves nothing more than getting out on the open road with friends. He has undertaken some truly remarkable rides, from sweeping Scandinavian landscapes to the raw wilderness of the Arctic tundra, adventures that require the same qualities he brings to every client appointment: careful planning, resilience, and a love of going the extra mile. When he is not on the road, he can usually be found with his beloved dog Margo at his side.
