About John

For more than 40 years, John has dedicated his career to helping people feel secure, informed and supported in their financial lives. His journey has taken him through Banks, Building Societies and major Financial Institutions, where he gained full regulated Financial Adviser status decades ago.

From the very beginning, John has worked closely with families from all walks of life, guiding them through important decisions about wealth, protection and long-term financial wellbeing. Over the years he expanded his expertise to include estate planning, mortgages and equity release, giving clients a truly rounded and dependable source of advice.

Alongside his client work, John has spent many years supporting financial organisations with compliance, and assisting fellow advisers with complex paraplanning matters. This behind-the-scenes experience means he understands not just what good advice looks like, but how to ensure it is delivered safely, responsibly and with care.

John brings deep knowledge of later-life financial options, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Property Trusts, and he is well-versed in the requirements of long-term care funding, having previously worked with Local Authorities on this.

Above all, John's approach is simple: clear guidance, genuine care, and advice that puts your needs first. His clients know they are working with someone who listens, understands, and uses decades of experience to help them make confident, well-informed decisions.

Equity release is not suitable for everyone. It will reduce the value of your estate and may affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits. A lifetime mortgage is secured against your home. Always seek independent legal advice before proceeding.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
